  17. This is a one page worksheet in which students:
  18.   use a "metric ladder" to convert between metric length units
  19.   measure the length of ten common objects and convert to different units
  20. This is the first of my hands-on measurement lab.  Students will need meter sticks and metric rulers, but they do NOT need to know how to do formal dimensional analysis conversion problems.
